Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk99c ("bk99c", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at bk99c.app and its associated subdomains and applications.

Your acceptance of these Terms occurs at the point of account registration. By completing the registration process and checking the acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these Terms and agree to comply with all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any bk99c service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bk99c Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of an offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional term, the specific promotional term will take precedence for the matter to which it relates.

bk99c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use bk99c, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or are currently located in Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, broker, or representative for any other person in relation to any bet or transaction placed on the platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of bk99c or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or technology partners.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on bk99c or subject to any exclusion restriction.
• Your use of bk99c does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence or current location.

Age Verification

bk99c operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all registered accounts. As part of this process, players are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation confirming their date of birth. Accepted documents include the National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities.

Until age verification is completed, withdrawal functionality will be restricted. bk99c reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend an account pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on bk99c. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed, all pending withdrawals being cancelled, and all bonus winnings being forfeited.

Registration Requirements

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. bk99c accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bk99c strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, which adds a secondary layer of security via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number.

Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that specific action. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bk99c support immediately at [email protected].

KYC and Document Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform, bk99c requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000 or at any time bk99c deems verification necessary. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bk99c supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or payment methods not listed above are accepted. bk99c does not charge any platform-side transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay in normal circumstances.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your account balance, depending on the originating bank.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bk99c reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request alternative payment if identity verification cannot confirm ownership of the depositing account.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Verified accounts (fully KYC-compliant) receive same-day withdrawal processing for requests submitted before 9:00 PM BST.
• Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• bk99c reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000 before processing.
• Funds deposited but not used for betting activity may be subject to an identity review prior to withdrawal, as a standard anti-money laundering measure.

Bonuses & Promotions

bk99c offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slots, live casino cashback, and sports reload bonuses during major cricket events such as the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates.

General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to the wagering requirement being met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• bk99c reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a player has already claimed and is actively working through the wagering requirement of a bonus already credited to their account.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including through the use of multiple accounts, the provision of false information, or the exploitation of an error in bonus crediting — will be forfeited and the account closed.
• Any bet placed using bonus funds that is found to violate the minimum odds or game contribution conditions of the bonus will be voided and the stake removed.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the player must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before withdrawing). Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting activity on bk99c — including pre-match betting, in-play betting, and accumulator wagering — is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) and are accessible from within each game lobby.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bk99c reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds and void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to bk99c's specific sport rules, which are available in the Help Centre. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface at the point of bet placement.
• bk99c reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any player or on any market at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In-play odds are subject to fluctuation during live events. A bet is not confirmed until bk99c's system returns a confirmation message to the player.

Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated and certified by the respective game providers. bk99c does not interfere with game outcome mechanics.
• Casino game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error that affects a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot terms set by the individual game provider. bk99c is not liable for the payment of progressive jackpots — such payments are managed entirely by the game provider.
• Players may not use any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, robot, or scripted tool to interact with casino games. Such use constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk99c. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in the name of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other financially illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live poker or card games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform to generate credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by bk99c.
• Claiming bonuses in bad faith through multiple accounts, false identities, or deliberate exploitation of promotional mechanics (commonly known as "bonus abuse").
• Placing bets using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools of any kind.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account, or accessing bk99c systems other than through the standard interface provided.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards bk99c staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bk99c account to any third party.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bk99c reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void affected bets and casino rounds, permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by bk99c

bk99c reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where bk99c has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, that fraudulent or illegal activity is taking place through the account, that the player is using the platform from a jurisdiction where access is restricted, or that the account is subject to a law enforcement or regulatory request.

During a suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, access the casino, or request withdrawals. The account balance will be held and reviewed. Where an investigation confirms a breach, bk99c may elect to close the account permanently, return the verified real-money deposit balance to the deposit source (minus any bonus-derived winnings), and void all outstanding bets.

Closure by the Player

Players may request to close their bk99c account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days of account closure confirmation.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Limitation of Liability

bk99c provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bk99c makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk99c shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bk99c platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss.

bk99c's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk99c accepts no liability for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Errors or omissions in information provided by third-party data suppliers (e.g., live score feeds, odds data providers).
• Technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or mobile network (including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or other Bangladeshi carriers).
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank).
• Losses arising from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bk99c's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bk99c reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be required to reflect updates to platform features, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, adjustments to payment processing rules, or improvements to responsible gaming policy.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bk99c will notify active players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage and, where practical, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the player's account. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bk99c platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Minor changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without formal notice. The version number displayed at the top of this page will reflect all changes, including minor revisions.

bk99c operates a formal complaints procedure. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, you may escalate it by requesting a formal review. Escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior team member within 5 business days. All complaint correspondence should be submitted in English to ensure accurate and timely handling.
